• Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong.
• Orders are typically shipped within 5 days after production is complete.

• Each piece is Made to Order. Production begins immediately after purchase.
• Standard production time is 3–4 weeks.
• Orders may be cancelled before production begins with a 15% cancellation fee.

5. Returns & Refunds

• No refunds or returns are accepted once the order has shipped.
• If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for resolution.

6. Warranty

• We provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

7. Liability

• Jewelry is intended for normal, personal use only.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme heat, or physical abuse.
• Le Geneve Luxury Workshop is not liable for accidental damage, misuse, or loss after delivery.
• Slight natural variations in color, size, or finish are part of the uniqueness of the product.

8. Product Specifications

• All diamonds 1 carat and above are certified. GIA-certified if natural, IGI-certified if lab-grown
• All jewelry are made in PT950 and/or 18K Gold.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from purchases on this site will be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
