• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay through the Stripe payment platform.

• Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Methods: We use FedEx and FedEx International for shipping.

• International Shipping: We ship internationally to the USA. Additional charges may apply.

• Delivery Times: Based in Hong Kong, delivery to the USA will take approximately 3-7 business days.

• Return Policy: Unfortunately, there are no refunds for bespoke pieces.

• Non-Refundable Items: All pieces are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Defects: Any defects noticed within the first week of receiving can be returned for a remake.
